DIA 2: CITY AND COUNTRYSIDE
Visit the Santa
Catalina Monastery, The Cathedral and Plaza de Armas, the
Colonial district of Yanahuara, the Church and Mirador,
Mirador del Carmen Alto viewpoint of the countryside and
Misti volcano, Chachani and Pichu Pichu whitepeaks, typical
pre-Inca terraces still cultivated, and Chilina Valley,
Sabandía mill and the Paucarpata neighborhood.
In the afternoon we will visit the museum Andean shrines,
there is a special camera frozen in the Lady of Ampato or
Mummy Juanita remarkably preserved, there may see a video of
how it was and where he was discovered and rituals that were
developed, The visit is guided. Transfer to the hotel.

DIA 3: AREQUIPA/ CHIVAY
We leave behind the snowy Chachani
and then we arrive to Pampa Cañahuas here is located the National Reserve of
Salinas and Aguada Blanca where we can appreciate Vicuñas and other animals.
Continue until you reach the highest point being called Patapampa on 4,800 m.a.s.l.
where you will have a spectacular view of the Andes, from this point will see
the Ampato snowed and Hualca-Hualca. Arrival in Chivay. Lunch (not included). In
the afternoon we can visit the hot springs LA CALERA (not included the entrance
fee). Overnight in a Hotel. |

DIA 4: CHIVAY/ CRUZ DEL CONDOR/ AREQUIPA
Early exit around 06:30 am to Cruz
del Condor to appreciate the flight of the Condors from this point you can
appreciate the depth of the Colca Canyon. Short walk from this point to the
Cross of the Cure for about an hour. Return to Chivay in our mobility making
stops in the villages of Pinchollo, Yanque and Maca in this last village we´ll
observe a tombs and stone pendants, amphitheaters, churches and terraces. Lunch
at Chivay (not included). Return to the city of Arequipa.
